You can refund or exchange items bought in-store or online, excluding sale items, within 7 days of purchase.
In-store returns – bring your item as well as the receipt to the store and a member of staff will assist you.
Online returns – items bought online are delivered locally in St. Kitts or collected in-store. As such you can email your receipt to admin@bougainvillea.kn and bring your item to the store and a member of staff will assist you.
Credit – if you purchased your item(s) using a gift certificate you will be given store credit in the amount of the certificate for the returned items. If the gift certificate was used towards the full payment a refund will be given for the balance of the payment once the gift certificate amount has been subtracted.
Denial – products must be returned in the original packaging where applicable and in like-new condition. If an item is deemed unfit for return a staff member will explain why the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued.
